The challenge

365 Digital is an award-winning B2B performance marketing agency with exclusive partnerships across Criteo, Truecaller, Smadex, TikTok, Meta, and SABC Digital. Their previous brand and website failed to communicate the depth of those partnerships or the strategic sophistication of the work behind them. The brief: rebuild the brand and digital platform to match the business's calibre.

The  approach

A complete rebuild — positioning, identity, and platform. We led research with internal stakeholders and external clients, mapped the competitive landscape across Sub-Saharan digital media, and built a brand system architected around the company's three core audiences: brands, agencies, and app developers.

The outcome

A repositioned B2B brand that finally matches the calibre of the underlying business. The new website became the agency's primary inbound asset and supports active sales conversations with brands across SSA.

Stakeholder interviews with leadership and senior commercial staff. Audit of the existing brand, site, and sales materials. Competitive review of regional and global digital media agencies. Findings pointed to an under-leveraged story: 365 Digital's exclusive platform partnerships are commercially unique in the market and were buried in the previous communications.

New brand mark and identity system. Refreshed colour palette, typography, and tone of voice. Full website rebuild on Wix, structured around audience-led journeys (Brands / Agencies / Apps) with case studies, partner logos, and clear conversion paths into the sales team.

User persona

Primary user: Ada, 32 — Digital Marketing Manager at a mid-sized FMCG brand in Johannesburg. Goal: increase brand visibility and engagement across Sub-Saharan Africa, find vetted advertising platforms, maximise ROI on a constrained budget. Pain points: fragmented tools, limited local market data, difficulty finding partners who understand the regional consumer.

Phased launch with internal beta testing, performance monitoring across Core Web Vitals and SEO, and ongoing content updates. The platform is now the central hub for sales, recruitment, and partnership pitches.
