The challenge
The South African cannabis market is crowded with generic, lookalike brands and cluttered e-commerce stores with poor product information. Good Times needed a brand and digital experience that signalled quality, transparency, and personality without leaning on the tired visual clichés of the category.

A unified brand-and-storefront build. Identity, packaging, and e-commerce were designed as a single system so the in-hand product experience and the on-screen experience reinforce each other.

Mapped the e-commerce friction points: unclear product descriptions, opaque pricing, and weak product photography.
