The challenge
Most B2B sales and pitch decks fail at the structural level long before slide design enters the conversation. The story is unclear, the slide count is wrong, and the visual system breaks down by slide ten.
Our approach
Decks are designed at three levels: narrative structure (what story does this need to tell), slide architecture (what does the audience see in three seconds), and visual finish (what makes it look like a senior team built it).

B2B presentation design
Sales team and founder interviews. Review of past decks and the deals they did or did not win. Audience definition — who is in the room, what do they care about, what is the next step you are asking them to take.
Research & discovery
1
Primary deck reader: enterprise buyer, board member, investor, or commercial partner. Reading on a laptop or projected screen with limited attention.
User persona
2
Custom master templates in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides. Slide-by-slide design for high-stakes pitches. Reusable component libraries for ongoing internal use.
Design & implementation
3
Iterate & launch
Versioning and refinements per pitch outcome.
Outcome: Decks that get the meeting, hold the room, and get to the close.
