The challenge

The wellness drinks category is dominated by either over-clinical packaging (medical, off-putting) or over-decorated packaging (looks like a bath product). Floriel needed packaging that signalled efficacy and everyday usability — a product you would actually keep on the kitchen counter.

Our approach

A restrained, typography-led packaging system. Two SKUs — Calm & Focus, and Vitality Boost — each with a distinct colour and ingredient story but a shared structural system.

Category audit across local and international wellness drinks. Retailer feedback on shelf performance. Identified the visual cues consumers read as "premium and natural" versus "premium and clinical".

Primary buyer: design-aware adult, 25–45, buys wellness products for mood, focus, and recovery rather than as a cure.

Iterate & launch

Range expansion planned. Modular packaging system supports additional SKUs without redesign. Packaging that reads premium and approachable, performs on the shelf, and gives the brand room to expand.
