The challenge
The smash burger category is having its moment, which means it is also crowded. Smash Burger needed an identity with enough personality to stand out at a glance — on a takeaway bag, in a social feed, on a menu — without falling into the tired aesthetic of "another burger joint".
Our approach
Lead with attitude. A bold wordmark, a confident colour palette, and packaging designed to be recognisable from across the room. The website plays the same energy — fewer words, stronger imagery, faster path to ordering.

Category audit across local and international smash burger brands. Identified the visual codes everyone uses (red/yellow, retro Americana, distressed type) and deliberately moved Smash Burger somewhere else.
